Do you offer samples of your products in case something doesn't work for me?
We do! Most of our products are available in sample sizing. Most of our skincare and body items come in 1or 2oz samples depending on the product type. Our perfumes come in 3ml samples as well as a discovery kit of all 6 fragrance samples. Our bath soaks do not have sample sizing but we do offer our refill bags for a discounted price.
Are your products vegan?
While many of our formulations are vegan friendly we are not a fully vegan brand. With that said, most of our products can be formulated as a vegan friendly option. Please contact us if you do not see that available in the product selection!
Are your products 100% natural?
Although we formulate with nature and your skin's best interest in mind we are not 100% natural. Many of our products are 100% natural and most of our other products are 80-90% natural/ plant based. All of our formulations go through rigorous testing and development to ensure their safety for you and your body! All synthetic ingredients in our formulations have been proven to be safe for your skin and body. They are free of carcinogens, hormone disruptors, and phthalates and parabens.
Are your scents in your products safe for me?
Yes, all of our scents are crafted with fragrances that use a blend of essential oils and synthetic fragrance. Our scents are free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other hazardous chemicals often found in fragrance. No fragrance in our collection has parabens, phthalates. All of the fragrances used in our products are certified Clean under IFRA's new documentation. That means no pesky endocrin disruptors and peace of mind for you!
How do I know which products are best for my skin type?
Each product description includes an Ideal For, Targets, and Benefits section in their descriptions that should list your skin type. Most of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind as we also suffer from very picky skin! You can also contact us for personalized recommendations if you are still confused on what to try.
What if I am allergic to the ingredients in your products?
For many of the products we formulate we can make substitutions/ omissions to a specific ingredient. Please contact us to find out more. We can't guarantee we can do it with every product as sometimes there is not a suitable replacement in a formulation, but we love to help our customers find the right product for their skin!
Will I have a reaction to any of these products if I have sensitive skin?
While our products are meticulously formulated, we can never guarantee that someone will not have an adverse reaction to a product. We always recommend doing a patch test before use, as well as reading the ingredients thoroughly. You know your allergies best!
✦ Order and Shipping Questions ✦
How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically ship most orders within 1-3 business days, although this can fluctuate around sales, holidays, and employee needs. Our business currently only has one faerie producing and packing your orders and may need a little extra time to get your order out the door.
Shipping time varies depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout. Shipping times are in addition to processing times. Here are average shipping times for each mail class. Keep in mind these are just estimates and sometimes shipping can take longer:
Domestic
-Economy/USPS Ground: 3-7 business days
-Priority Mail: 2-4 business days
-Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
If you are in a rush to receive your item, we recommend upgrading your shipping speed at checkout. Please keep in mind that standard shipping will take longer around federal holidays and sales.
Do you ship internationally?
We have unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to stop sending packages internationally as the new rules have gone in affect overseas. If we eventually open our shipping to international clients we will update our social media and we recommend signing up for our newsletter.
What is your return policy?
Due to the small batch nature of our products we can not unfortunately offer refunds. However, if your item came damaged or defective we will work with you to get you a new item.
What if I have an issue with my order?
If an issue arises with your order or something is defective with your shipment please contact us at fable@sidheandshadow.com with your order number and concern in your subject line so that we can assist you in fixing it!
